(LOS ANGELES, August 28, 2024) 鈥� 海角社区 continues to deliver innovative educational environments that elevate learning for thousands of students, including one new school and one complete campus modernization in California. 海角社区鈥檚 designs align with Del Mar Heights鈥� and South El Monte鈥檚 desired learning environment with their educational vision.

Del Mar Heights Elementary School is a 69,000-SF educational facility that capitalizes on expansive scenic ocean views, the surrounding Torrey Pines Environmental Preserve, and its coastal environment. Purposeful learning takes place in learning villages where students are grouped by grade level and immersed in creative and collaborative experiences that visually connect them to nature.

South El Monte High School is a future-focused 174,500-SF school full of flexible spaces that create authentic and active hands-on learning experiences. Graphics, branding, and new daylighting opportunities assist in wayfinding and allow staff and students to connect with nature throughout the day. CTE spaces prepare students for future careers in advanced manufacturing, robotics, carpentry, health sciences, and business.
