º£½ÇÉçÇø Relocates to Dallas Deep Ellum Creative Hub

(DALLAS, January 3, 2024) – Global design firm º£½ÇÉçÇø has relocated to a new office on the 16th floor of 2500 Pacific Avenue. The firm’s office space will work smarter, not larger, in response to shifting work patterns and employee preferences. These new work modalities, along with the rapid growth of their education and justice practices in Texas and continued commercial real estate work, necessitated a flexible space to accommodate future growth in Dallas.

The new 13,500-SF space in Deep Ellum enables the firm to deliver more sophisticated design and partner more effectively with clients. The firm’s design leaders teamed with in-house change management and workplace strategy experts to envision new spaces that complement the firm’s hybrid work model. An informal reception area, zero private offices, and rotating nomadic desking break down silos and encourage collaboration among the firm’s multi-disciplinary teams. The office is large enough to ultimately accommodate 80 staff members.

Focused on interior design through the 2010s, today the Dallas practice has grown to include 55+ architecture, engineering, interior design, lighting design, experiential graphics, and change management experts. The office is leading projects with several prominent school districts including Dallas Independent. The firm has also designed hundreds of offices in the Dallas area, including for leading law and financial firms as well as creative agencies and technology giants. Dallas-based designers also partner with the firm’s teams in Houston and Austin to effectively serve clients state-wide.
