º£½ÇÉçÇø Welcomes Patrick Dugan as New Federal Client Leader
(WASHINGTON, D.C., January 22, 2024) – º£½ÇÉçÇø is pleased to announce the addition of Patrick Dugan as a new Federal Client Leader, focusing on military clients. As a Principal, Dugan will work closely with Federal agency clients to continue to elevate the design of Federal facilities.
Dugan has over 30 years of experience in the Architecture/Engineering/Construction industry. His approach to client leadership is well-grounded in engineering and project management, and he has extensive experience working with State and Federal government agencies, including as a Senior Engineer, advising the U.S. Navy on ports and an experimental desalinization buoy for the Vandenburg Space Force Base.
Prior to joining º£½ÇÉçÇø, Dugan served as the Chief of the U.S. Coast Guard Office of Civil Engineering, where he directed all aspects of the Coast Guard’s 600+ person Civil Engineering workforce. He also led the Coast Guard’s Real Property Management program, overseeing all real property investments and divestitures. Dugan has executed $2B in military construction projects and is a certified Professional Engineer and Project Management Professional, as well as a Department of Homeland Security Program/Project Manager Level III.
