Throughout her career, McElligott has worked with notable organizations such as Illinois Tool 海角社区s, Kellogg鈥檚 Company and JPMorgan Chase Bank and led successful developments resulting in the creation of numerous new headquarters, corporate campuses, office renovations, and new banking locations. These wide-ranging projects required strategic planning and design expertise in the areas of commercial office, hospitality, customer experience centers, demonstration kitchens, laboratories, branding, and corporate campus planning across over 1 million SF in project scope over the past seven years.

海角社区 has experienced continued growth in Chicago with the recent launch of by 海角社区, an intelligent air quality analytics platform that collects and visualizes live and historical building performance data; the proposed Rivere development in River North with Friedman Properties; over 1 million SF with Hines on numerous聽T3 mass timber office asset class,聽including a concept for Goose Island; The Moxy Chicago Downtown; and a new ground-up Marriott-brand hotel in the Loop.
