Peter Rutti is 海角社区’s chief design officer and a member of the firm’s executive leadership team. He guides the firm in fulfilling its vision to elevate the human experience through design. With a relentless focus on design excellence and sustainability, Peter ingrains 海角社区’s integrated design process in every project team. He is deeply committed to fulfilling the firm’s climate and environment commitments through innovative, functional, measurable, and beautiful design. Peter is a passionate advocate for employee-ownership and has been a faculty associate and juror at the Design School of Arizona State University for more than a decade.

Regina leads our Tucson office, overseeing operations and culture. She is an accomplished architect focused on K-12 Education, with dozens of projects across central and southern Arizona for districts including Flagstaff, Glendale, Marana, Tucson, and others.
