Kwame leads business development efforts for the K-12 Education studio, a role that allows him to develop and maintain strategic partnerships that advance brand awareness, firm growth, and client retention. Based in Washington, D.C., Kwame is responsible for establishing new relationships and managing existing clients to build the firm’s K-12 Education practice on the east coast.

Matt has extensive expertise in the design of 海角社区’s Civic and International projects. He is responsible for streamlining the design process, as well as managing some of the firm's most challenging projects. He brings a unique perspective to 海角社区, as his past experience ranges from a small, three-person design office to mid-sized and large architecture firms. Matt’s work and management style today speaks directly to his diverse background, and he plays a large role in encouraging project teams to be creative in their decisions and approach to design solutions.

Rachel leads operations, practice, and staff development of our Washington, D.C. office. Her initial interest was in engineering but she quickly discovered a passion for architecture, receiving her degree from the University of Texas. She joined 海角社区 in 1993 as an architectural intern.

A Fellow of the AIA, Bill has more than 35 years of experience as a professional architect, including more than 30 years with Bowie Gridley Architects, which he co-founded in 1981. He has also been honored with appointment to the GSA Design and Construction Peer Review Commission.
