Darrell leads the firm's Justice and Civic sectors. He has dedicated his career to the design of justice facilities that elevate behavioral, environmental, and social betterment, resulting in healing, equity, and transformation for the individual and community.

Amy is an interior designer and client leader, primarily focused on custom workplace environments. She has an established history with technology and corporate clients seeking to implement agile workplaces. Amy is a LEED Accredited Professional and an active member of the USGBC.

Rachel leads operations, practice, and staff development of our Washington, D.C. office. Her initial interest was in engineering but she quickly discovered a passion for architecture, receiving her degree from the University of Texas. She joined 海角社区 in 1993 as an architectural intern.

Michael鈥檚 38-year career has focused on planning, programming, and design across the full spectrum of essential government facilities including courts, police and fire department, emergency operation centers, and more. He is not only a frequent presenter at AIA conferences but has also been a fixture in the Sonoma design community with City and County of Sonoma advisory positions.

Erica specializes in the restoration and rehabilitation of historic properties. She has served as Project Architect for a variety of projects listed on the National Register of Historic Places for both public and private clients including the reconstruction of The Portland Building, an iconic post-modern building originally designed by Michael Graves. Her depth of knowledge in the physical properties of historic building materials is a significant asset, as is her experience in performing condition assessments and making treatment recommendations.

Matthew is a client leader who seeks design excellence through creative problem solving. He also leads our Nashville office, connecting design and people with a vibrant work culture. Matthew and his work have been recognized with numerous awards, including the 2022 AIA Young Architect Award.

Lori acts as Planning Leader for the firm鈥檚 Justice+Civic sector. She is responsible for programming and planning public safety centers, courts, police and sheriff stations, dispatch centers, and adult secure treatment facilities.
