Strategically located in Jeddah, the Sultan Street mixed-use development encompasses a contemporary lifestyle corner with iconic urban shopping destinations and entertainment that serves both residents and visitors alike. The project celebrates a new district with the creation of a family friendly space marked by dining, events, a hotel, medical services, and a unique residential experience.

Our approach maximizes the views of the retail block, while capturing the experience on Prince Sultan Street. The residential component features interiors that pay homage to the distinct culture and heritage of the region.

Maximizing views, our approach to this mixed-use development captures the true Prince Sultan Street experience for residents and tourists alike, reflecting the heart of the city. A sense of place is established through the historic context of old Jeddah; residents and guests are invited to explore the local culture, textures, and craftmanship, resulting in a curated guest experience. Interiors that pay homage to the distinct culture of the region. Imagery, materials, and patterns mirror Saudi heritage, while rich, earthy tones with delicate detailing create a warm, welcoming environment.
